Hello, my name is Irina, and welcome to Nine Circle Therapy! I offer Yoga, Massage, and Forest Bathing services.

Through my work, I focus on helping clients cultivate a greater mind-body connection, mindfulness, and well-being. NineCircleTherapy was born out of a desire to help people feel more ease and joy in their lives through reconnecting with natural ways of being amongst the craziness of the modern world.

With extensive past training in dance, yoga, and massage therapy, I am motivated by the desire to feel good in my own body. I combine the wisdom and strength gained from personal experiences with knowledge gained through many years of formal and informal education to facilitate positive changes in my clients’ lives.

Nine Circle Therapy employs a proprietary technique that involves circular movements designed to stimulate the vagus nerve. This nerve is one of the most important nerves in the human body, as it facilitates the functions of the parasympathetic nervous system.

I take special pride in helping women feel empowered and live their best lives on their terms. I am a mother, a feminist, and a lover of nature (Mother Nature). I am a Certified Somatic Mind-Body Healing Practitioner, a Certified Forest Bathing Guide, a Licensed Massage Therapist (NC#22767), and a Certified Yoga Teacher.

I believe that going out in nature is an essential part of well-being. Forest and ocean bathing practices promote mindfulness, enhance mood, decrease anxiety, boost cognitive functions, and offer numerous other health benefits.

Whatever you have access to—a beach, a forest, a desert, a mountain, a backyard, a pond—use it. Come out and take some deep breaths while simply observing the natural world around you. Our lives can get super busy, filled with endless responsibilities and chores. Unplugging for a few minutes daily is one way to restore inner peace. Nature helps regulate the nervous system and is an accessible form of free therapeutic activity. It is a gift to be used.
